In our Cafe Schuler in Bad Tölz, we prefer premium quality. We do not process any finished products, no finished mass, no preservatives, no freshness keepers, no margarine. We only use natural raw materials, fresh eggs and butter. Since 1953! Our customers appreciate this and often come from far away to enjoy our sweet delicacies. All pies, cakes and pastries are made by master craftsmen according to our family recipes. In a time of “fast food”, our guests reward our efforts for excellent quality with their recommendations.

Our range, which is freshly baked every day, includes at least 40 cakes. Very popular are our classics such as:

Prinzregententorte, Zuger Kirsch, Mocca-Baiser, Japansahne, Schwarzwälder Kirsch, Nuss-Rum-Torte and our very popular Bienenstich. And at Christmas time nothing compares to our handmade “stollen”, gingerbread, tree cakes and Christmas cookies.
